I can scan QR codes, but nothing happens?
First check that you have given the MyUnbox app permission to use your camera. You can do this in your smartphone's settings under the permissions button.
If you have checked this step and given permission, but the QR code still doesn't scan, close the app completely and open it again.
If this doesn't solve the problem, restart your smartphone and try again.
If the error persists, contact us! Via "submit a request" form.
